File Master definition
File Master means those persons identified by Account Holder to the Bank who shall be able to upload and download files via the Platform. Each File Master shall be able to upload and download files with or without verification, as specified by the Account Holder. “Forms” SA-1 Customer Profile Form / SA-2 User Profile Form and any other official form are used by the Bank to profile the Customer or the user and their entitlements on the usage of Samba Access.
