File closed definition
File closed means the date the trigger event occurred, or, for electronic records, equivalent to the date last modified unless otherwise stated in retention.

Initial Closing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.
First Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Second Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Time of Closing means 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on the Closing Date, or such other time as the parties may mutually determine;
Closing means the closing of the purchase and sale of the Securities pursuant to Section 2.1.
