Field Technology definition

Field Technology means the Technology within the Field of Activity.
Field Technology means the EB Field Technology or LM Field Technology, as the context requires.

  • LM is the owner of, or otherwise has the right to license, the LM Licensed Patents and LM Field Technology, as defined herein.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, each Party (“Licensee Party”) agrees that it will assign to the other Party (“Licensing Party”) all sublicense agreements entered into by Licensee Party and its Sublicensees with respect to the Licensed Patents and Field Technology of the Licensing Party and Licensing Party agrees to assume such assigned sublicenses, as long as the Sublicensees are not in default.

  • CellPro shall promptly provide Corixa with a copy f all licenses and sublicenses for the Joint Field Technology granted to third parties by CellPro.

Related to Field Technology

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.

  • Background Technology means all tools, programs, designs, processes, formulas, techniques, improvements, inventions, works of authorship, software, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, code libraries, algorithms, protocols, routines, subroutines, network systems, machine learning models, Trade Secrets (defined below), and other technology which are: (a) created, developed, owned, or licensed by PickNik prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement; (b) are created, developed, owned, or licensed by PickNik during the term of this Agreement but not delivered as a part of the Software; (c) which have general applicability to PickNik’s business and which are not based on any Company Confidential Information; or (d) modifications of or derivatives to any of the foregoing.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.
