Field Tech Services definition
Field Tech Services. (“FTS”) shall mean technician services, which may include, without limitation, (i) unscheduled basic on- site, on demand maintenance and support, including but not limited to power cycling, troubleshooting and escorts, or (ii) scheduled support, maintenance, installation and removal of equipment, cabling and other related support services. Each level of FTS is more particularly described in CenturyLink’s then-current FTS Description. A copy of CenturyLink’s then-current FTS Description will be provided to Customer upon request.
