Field Team definition

Field Team means, with respect to a Party, the employees or Subcontractors of such Party or its Affiliate (including Sales Representatives) engaged to Promote a Cost Share Product on behalf of such Party or its Affiliate in the United States.

  • The Motorola Field Team designates the accounts, develops or approves the strategy for the account, determines the products to be offered, and establishes the selling or contract price.
