Field Service Action definition

Field Service Action means repairs resulting from safety recall campaigns for specific defaults that could influence vehicle’s safety, and repairs or damages resulting from premature deterioration of parts condition, which could have a negative impact of Polestar’s image.
Field Service Action means a recall, service action, extended warranty, safety, maintenance or improvement program, or similar action, involving or relating to Non- Conforming Goods, implemented or performed by the Buyer, its Affiliates, dealers or other authorized repair facilities.
Field Service Action means a recall or other service action performed by the Company’s Customer, its dealers or other authorised repair facilities.
