Field Inventions definition

Field Inventions means all inventions, improvements and/or discoveries, patentable or unpatentable, which are conceived and/or made by Renegade during the License Term that relate primarily to the Field, and which either (a) use or incorporate any Materia Catalyst or Materia Patent Right or (b) are dominated by the claims of the Materia Patent Rights. By way of example, Field Inventions would include pharmaceutically active compositions, or specific processes to make pharmaceutically active compositions.

Examples of Field Inventions in a sentence

  • Advisor understands and agrees that all Field Inventions are the sole property of the Company.

  • Advisor further agrees to execute, verify and deliver such documents and perform such other acts for the Company which are necessary to apply, obtain, sustain, and enforce such patents and other intellectual property rights and protections on Field Inventions.

  • All Company Sponsored Field Inventions will be subject to the rights and obligations of the parties under Section 2.5(a) hereof.

  • Each party shall discuss and evaluate with the other such Field Inventions and shall confer with the other regarding the advisability of filing patent applications, and in which countries, with respect to Field Inventions.
