Field Dynamics. “we”, “us” or “our”); and

Field Dynamics means the Field Dynamics entity designated on the applicable Ordering Document. “Ordering Document” means any order on a Field Dynamics order form or Statement of Works which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) your initial access to Tableau Online through any online provisioning, registration or order process, or (b) the effective date of the first Ordering Document referencing this Agreement. Field Dynamics is an authorised Reseller of Tableau Online. The proprietary owner of Tableau Online is Tableau International. By checking the acceptance box or accessing or using all or any portion of Tableau Online, you are accepting all of the Tableau Online Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions as included as appendices to this agreement and as published on Tableau’s website at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx (as may be relocated by Tableau from time to time) AGREED TERMS

  • Approximately sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Subscription Term, Field Dynamics may notify you of its opportunity to renew the Subscription Term.

  • Field Dynamics warrants to you that your Tableau Product will operate in substantial conformity with the applicable Documentation.

  • The Field Dynamics technical support team may need to access the Tableau platform to help our Customers resolve any technical support issues, but we don’t control or process any of the personal data held within the platform.

  • Field Dynamics is not responsible for any of the foregoing or for any destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any Customer Data beyond its reasonable control or resulting from any failure in data transmission or operation during the service provided to you by us.

  • If your account is thirty (30) days or more overdue, in addition to any of its other rights or remedies (including but not limited to any termination rights set forth herein), Field Dynamics reserves the right to suspend your access to your Tableau Products without liability to you until such amounts are paid in full.

  • The Customer grants to Field Dynamics, Tableau and their Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, disclose, and make and incorporate into their products and services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Field Dynamics, Tableau or their Affiliates’ products and services.

  • The boundaries and names shown and the designations used in the Maps do not imply endorsement or acceptance by Tableau or Field Dynamics.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you hereby grant to Field Dynamics and Tableau a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, store, transmit, and distribute, perform and display (including publicly), modify and create derivative works of the Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide Tableau Products in accordance with this Agreement and the Documentation.

  • Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;

  • Field trip means any experience a child has away from the premises of the center, while under the care of center staff, whether a child walks or is transported.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and
