Field Dynamics. “we”, “us” or “our”); and

Field Dynamics means the Field Dynamics entity designated on the applicable Ordering Document. “Ordering Document” means any order on a Field Dynamics order form or Statement of Works which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) your initial access to Tableau Online through any online provisioning, registration or order process, or (b) the effective date of the first Ordering Document referencing this Agreement. Field Dynamics is an authorised Reseller of Tableau Online. The proprietary owner of Tableau Online is Tableau International. By checking the acceptance box or accessing or using all or any portion of Tableau Online, you are accepting all of the Tableau Online Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions as included as appendices to this agreement and as published on Tableau’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (as may be relocated by Tableau from time to time)

Examples of Field Dynamics in a sentence

  • Field Dynamics shall ensure that such list is maintained and updated from time to time to reflect any changes.

  • The Customer will not exercise its audit rights under this clause 5 more than once in any twelve (12) month period, except if: (i) required by instruction of a DP Regulator; or (ii) the Customer reasonably believes a further audit is necessary due to a Security Breach suffered by Field Dynamics.

  • If after 30 days from receipt of the Sub-Processor Notice the Customer has not indicated its refusal of the appointment of a Sub-Processor in accordance with this paragraph, then the Customer is deemed to have given its consent and Field Dynamics shall be entitled to appoint the relevant Sub-Processor with immediate effect.

  • The Customer consents to Field Dynamics engaging Sub-Processors to process the Data provided that: (i) Field Dynamics provides at least 30 days' prior notice of the addition of any subcontractor (including details of the processing it performs or will perform) (“Sub- Processor Notice”); and (ii) Field Dynamics complies with paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5 of this Schedule.

  • Field Dynamics reserve the right to change their Data Protection Policy documentation and its location from time to time.

  • You understand and agree that Field Dynamics will treat your use of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

  • The Customer consents to Field Dynamics engaging Sub-Processors to process the Data provided that: (i) Field Dynamics provides at least 30 days' prior notice of the addition of any subcontractor (including details of the processing it performs or will perform) (“Sub-Processor Notice”); and (ii) Field Dynamics complies with paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5 of this Appendix.

  • Field Dynamics reserves the right to change their Data Protection Policy documentation and its location from time to time.

For the purpose of this division, “cannabis” does not mean “industrial hemp” as defined by Section 11018.5 of the Health and Safety Code. Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.

  • Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
