Field C definition

Field C means the topical pulmonary delivery of Formulations of the Field C Compound by means of the Field C Device.
Field C means hand-held self-contained sound projector using a monaural beam.

Field C means use of the Technology in human injectable and/or intranasally-delivered vaccines with additional antigens useful in the cancer field discovered or in-licensed by Corixa during the term of this Agreement, provided such cancer antigens are wholly-owned or licensed exclusively to Corixa. For purposes of this Agreement, each additional tumor associated or tumor specific antigen discovered or in-licensed by Corixa, if any, shall individually be a separate disease area.

Short-rotation coppice is exempt from the requirements for timber and wood-derived products and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry.

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
