Field 6 definition

Field 6. For each good described in Field 5, state which criterion (A to D) is applicable. The rules of origin are contained in Chapter 4 and Annex 4-C of the Agreement. NOTE: Indicate at least one of the preference criteria below. Preference Criteria: A The good is a wholly obtained good of a Party. B The good is produced entirely in the territory of the Party exclusively from originating material. C Satisfies all applicable requirements of Annex 4-C (Rules of Origin Schedule), as a result of processes performed entirely in the territory of one or both of the Parties by one or more producers. D Otherwise qualifies as an originating good under the Rules of Origin Chapter.
Field 6. IMPORTER'S NAME AND ADDRESS Provide, if known, the importer's name, address (including country), e-mail address, and telephone number. The address of the Importer shall be in a Party’s territory. If there are multiple importers, state “Various”.
Field 6. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS A full product description is required and this should be sufficient to relate it to the invoice description and to the Harmonized System (HS) description of the good. Part numbers can be used as well as the description to relate the goods to the invoice.

  • This number will correspond to Field 6 of the AFF string provided in the contract funding modification.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.
