FIDO Board definition
FIDO Board shall refer to the collective entity of Delegates, each Delegate 48 designated by a Board Member of the FIDO Alliance, which shall serve certain purposes 49 described in this Agreement. By way of clarification, the Board shall have the rights and 50 obligations set out in Section 4.2.2 of this Agreement, but shall not constitute the Executive 51 Council, a separate entity of the FIDO Alliance as set forth herein.

The Membership Agreement will be in a form approved by the FIDO Board, as defined in the Membership Agreement and as distinguished from the Board of Directors of the corporation (the “Board of Directors”, also referred to herein and in the Membership Agreement by the name “Statutory Committee”).
