FICAP Grantees definition
FICAP Grantees means entities that have attained a license to the FICAP by executing an Interlocal Agreement with Grantor to install and use the FICAP.
Examples of FICAP Grantees in a sentence
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide Grantee with a non-exclusive license to use Grantor’s Facilities Condition Assessment web-based application and database (FICAP), in exchange for Grantee’s commitment to work collaboratively on all improvements to the FICAP with the Grantor and a state agency developer group (FICAP Developer Group) and share all such improvements with Grantor and other FICAP Grantees at no cost.
All FICAP Grantees and Grantor will share equally in the cost and expense of any and all FICAP Developer Group approved maintenance to the FICAP.
Installation of Improvements to the FICAP and its supporting software will be the responsibility of the individual FICAP Grantees.
