FICAP definition

FICAP means Grantor’s Facilities Condition Assessment web-based application and database, as developed with CodeSmart Inc. under Grantor contract #0955-56031 and its amendments, and includes all Improvements.

  • Installation of Improvements to the FICAP and its supporting software will be the responsibility of the individual FICAP Grantees.
