FICA Documentation means all documentation requested by Yoco from you in order to enable Yoco to comply with its contractual obligations to the Acquiring Bank and to enable the Acquiring Bank to comply with its obligations in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, No. 38 of 2001;
