Fibre Network Operator definition

Fibre Network Operator or “FNO” shall mean Century City Connect (Thinkspeed), Frogfoot, Internect, Octotel, Openserve and/or Teralink as more fully described below:
Fibre Network Operator means the upstream telecommunications carrier to which the Fibre Optic Distribution Network will be connected;
