Fibre Break definition

Fibre Break means when a fibre optic cable is damaged, severed or broken. The specific impact depends on the location of the break, however can cause complete loss of connectivity services being delivered over this fibre optic cable.
Fibre Break means a situation where your Fibreline Service loses Connectivity as a result of a circuit break or another fault within the network of our Wholesale Supplier (determined at their sole discretion);

  • Terminating Company Breach has the meaning specified in Section 10.01(b).

  • Data Breaches Party shall report to AHS, though its Chief Information Officer (CIO), any impermissible use or disclosure that compromises the security, confidentiality or privacy of any form of protected personal information identified above within 24 hours of the discovery of the breach. Party shall in addition comply with any other data breach notification requirements required under federal or state law.

  • Data Breach means the unauthorized access by an unauthorized person that results in the use, disclosure or theft of Customer Data.

  • Waterborne disease outbreak means the significant occurrence of an acute infectious illness, epidemiologically associated with the ingestion of water from a public water system which is deficient in treatment, as determined by the Division.

  • Persistent Breach means a Default which has occurred on three or more separate occasions with a continuous period of six (6) months.
