The FIATA Service Charges will be collected directly by FIATA from the User, unless otherwise agreed between FIATA and the Licensed Vendor.
For such purposes, FIATA shall use data only in their anonymised form, and shall under no occasion use any PII or Confidential Information.
FIATA reserves the right to review the description of fees charged in respect of Paperless Tracked FIATA BLs at any time.
Without prejudice to the above, Parties’ liability is subject to standard terms of appropriate BL that is applicable and the FIATA Rules.

The Parties acknowledge that generally each Party will operate in accordance to the Standard Trading conditions applicable to their area of operation, or international standard trading and banking conditions and regulations governed by IATA, FIATA and the WARSAW CONVENTION and all applicable local government laws in either country.
Such modifications shall enter into force and have immediate effect upon such communication being effected by FIATA.
