FHMS definition

FHMS has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereto.

  • If Partners elects to serve the FHMS Broadband Network subscribers, Owner hereby grants to Partners permission to install and maintain its telecommunications distribution facilities, consisting of approx 100 square feet, including but not limited to, equipment, electronics, cabling and wiring ("Facilities") on the Property to provide voice, video and data telecommunications services ("Services") to Partner’s subscribers.

  • Except for those provided to Thrown prior to the Closing Date, there are no outstanding offers, bids, proposals or quotations made by FMHS which, if accepted, would create an FHMS Material Contract with such FMHS.

  • An accurate, current and complete each contract, instrument or other agreement to which FHMS is a party or by which it is bound which is material to the business of FHMS, taken as a whole (each, a “FHMS Material Contract”) has been furnished to Thrown and/or is readily available as part of the SEC Documents, and each of the FHMS Material Contracts constitutes the entire agreement of the respective parties thereto relating to the subject matter thereof.

  • Each of the FHMS Material Contracts is in full force and effect and is a valid and binding obligation of the parties thereto in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
