FHEPS definition

FHEPS means the New York State Family Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement program.
FHEPS or " State FHEPS" means the New York State Family Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement program.
FHEPS means the Family Homelessness and Eviction Prevention Supplement rental subsidy program administered by NYC HRA and NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA).

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • MPS means the Brooks Macdonald Managed Portfolio Service described in section 8.

  • RMS means the ARC’s online Research Management System.

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; or forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
