  • In consideration of the rights and licenses granted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay to FGRS license fees (the "License Fees"), which License Fees shall be based upon the value added by the ACJ to each ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project, as determined in accordance with the terms of this Section 6.

  • As provided in Section 6.2, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide a Proposed Project Budget to FGRS for its review and approval prior to the commencement of any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project.

  • Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall return to FGRS, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ sole cost and expense, the Sample ACJs and any other ACJs or equipment provided to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by FGRS.
