FGO definition

FGO means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gas & Oil, LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company. "FGO Security Agreement" means the Security Agreement of even date herewith, executed by FGO and delivered to the Lender. "FGO Pledge" means the Collateral Pledge Agreement of even date herewith, executed by FGO and delivered to the Lender.
FGO means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Offshore, Inc., a Mississippi corporation --- (f\k\a HAM Marine, Inc.).
