FGD System means the total equipment, materials, tools and supplies supplied by Contractor for each fully operable flue gas desulfurization unit as described in Exhibit 1, including the associated balance of plant (“BOP”) required to meet the Input Guarantees, Output Guarantees and Operational Guarantees applicable to an FGD System under Article 7.

FGD System means the limestone based, wet scrubber component of an AQC System, complete with the AQC Material Handling Systems and all other components, accessories and appurtenances, necessary for a complete and operable system, to be added to and placed in successful continuous operation at Unit 1 and 2 of the Plant and comprising a portion of the Project and the Work, as more particularly described in the Technical Specifications.

  • NPDES Permit Modification Permit modification will incorporate additional waste streams generated by operation of the Unit 5 FGD System.

  • Included with the FGD System are the raw limestone facilities required for receiving, unloading, grinding, preparation and transfer of limestone to the FGD System proper.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure.   • 911 System means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
