FFS Documents definition
FFS Documents means those material Contracts between a FFS Developer and the Company or its Subsidiaries, regarding the development, operation, marketing and sale of Vacation Ownership Interests owned or operated by an FFS Developer, including any sales and marketing agreements and hotel or timeshare management agreements, all as more particularly listed in Section 3.15(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
