FFELP Program definition

FFELP Program means the Federal Family Education Loan Program authorized under the Higher Education Act, including Federal Xxxxxxxx Loans authorized under Sections 427 and 428 thereof, Federal Supplemental Loans for Students authorized under Section 428A thereof, Federal PLUS Loans authorized under Section 428B thereof, Federal Consolidation Loans authorized under Section 428C thereof and Unsubsidized Loans authorized under Section 428H thereof.

FFELP Program means the Federal Family Education Loan Program established by the Higher Education Act pursuant to which student loans are made to borrowers pursuant to certain guidelines, and the repayment of such loans is guaranteed by a Guarantee Agency, and any predecessor or successor program.
