FF&E Specifications definition

FF&E Specifications means the master list of furniture, fixtures and equipment all or some of which will be installed in the Stores (which list shall be specific with respect to the kind, quality, and quantities), appended hereto as Exhibit D, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time with Brazos's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
FF&E Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 3.2.
FF&E Specifications has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1.1.1.

Examples of FF&E Specifications in a sentence

  • Agent shall promptly deliver to Owner and any Assignee any such amended, modified or supplemented Unit Plans, Unit Budget or Unit FF&E Specifications.

  • Attached hereto at Tab 4 is a complete and correct copy of the Unit FF&E Specifications initialed to show Agent's approval.

  • If applicable, a true and complete copy of the Unit FF&E Specifications with respect to the Unit.

  • A true and complete copy of the Unit FF&E Specifications with respect to the Unit.

  • Final FF&E Specifications shall also be part of the Contract Documents.

  • NYRA shall pay all costs to design, develop, construct, furnish and equip the Project, in accordance with the Project Budget and the Plans and Specifications and FF&E Specifications as and when approved by NYRA and Operator.

  • After approval of final Plans and Specifications or FF&E Specifications for the Project by NYRA, such final Plans and Specifications or FF&E Specifications shall not be changed in any material respect without NYRA’s and Operator’s approval except as otherwise provided herein.

Related to FF&E Specifications

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
