FF&E Assets means the furniture, fixtures and other equipment set forth on Schedule B and such other furniture, fixtures and other equipment in which Global has a right, title and interest in located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, and at such other locations where employees of any of the Partnership Entities are situated.
