FFATA means the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-282), as amended by §6202 of Public Law 110-252. FFATA, as amended, also is referred to as the “Transparency Act.”
FFA means the framework financing agreement dated 10 November 2009 between the Borrower and ADB with respect to the Facility;
FAA means the United States Federal Aviation Administration and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to its functions.
NOAA means National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or successor thereto.
FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
