  • FETTI shall neither be responsible for any errors or failures caused by any malfunction of your Equipment, and nor shall FETTI be responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of the System, the Services and the Equipment.

  • The transaction fees payable to Mobile Network for transactions effected in respect of your Account from time to time will apply to any transactions effected in respect of your FETTI Account using FETTI’s System.
