Festival Area definition

Festival Area means the performance, staging, parking, and pathway venues and other areas in which the Festival activities will primarily be taking place as shown in the site plan Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • IAE acknowledges the importance and significance of the Festival Area to the Town and to the people of the Town, and accordingly, ▇▇▇ agrees that the Town shall have certain disapproval rights in connection with the Festival, as outlined in Section 5.2 below.

  • IAE shall be financially responsible for all costs related to repairing and restoring the Festival Area, and other areas impacted by the Festival, to their pre-Festival condition.

  • The goal and purpose of the shared-use path is to provide a safe functional multimodal connection for pedestrians and cyclists between ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Catholic Church, Grape Festival Area, and the Future Heritage district to the north.
