Ferry Flights definition

Ferry Flights means landings at the Airport by Aircraft which do not carry passengers.

  • The following types of flights will be considered provided no revenue passengers are carried or revenue cargo is carried: Airborne Flight Training, Publicity Flights, Aircraft Acceptance Flights, Maintenance Test Flights, Ferry Flights other than Placement Flights (e.g. Gear Down Ferry, or any other Maintenance Ferry Flight).

  • The Contractor will be paid at a rate of $ per hour for flight time (includes Pilot and fuel), $ for Mobilization, $ per hour for Approved Ferry Flights, $ per day per diem (if applicable), $ per mile for fuel service truck, and, $ per hour for fuel service truck driver (if applicable).

  • Ferry Flights may occasionally carry Company or its designees, as the case may be, or business partner’s non-revenue passengers.

  • Fresh from next due Block C Check, excluding hours and cycles used on the demonstration / Ferry Flights, with a minimum of 15,000 hours remaining until the next due C7 Check /Structural Inspection.

  • Fresh from next Block C Check, excluding hours and cycles used on the Demonstration/ Ferry Flights, with a minimum of 18,000 hours remaining until the next due C7 Check/ Structural Inspection.

  • Sublessee may sell seats for its own account , provided replacement seats acceptable to Sublessor are installed, title is transferred to Sublessor and the replacement seats are returned with the Aircraft at Redelivery) Paint: "AS IS." Airframe: Fresh from next Block C Check, excluding hours and cycles used on the Demonstration/ Ferry Flights, with a minimum of 17,000 hours remaining until the next due C7 Check/Structural Inspection.

  • The Ferry Flights shall take place during the month of January, 2017 on dates in such month mutually agreed upon by Airborne and Jet Midwest or shortly there after subject to unforeseen delays in obtaining required FAA approvals .

  • Unless consented to by Jet Midwest, the Ferry Flights shall be limited to flights between ROW and MCI and shall not include any flight time outside United States airspace.

  • Regularly Scheduled Trips, Extra Sections, Ferry Flights, Charter Trips, Scenic Flights.

  • Buyer will return to the Delivery Location any fly-away kits not required for subsequent post-Delivery Ferry Flights.
