  • Once a Vacant Fellowship Position is offered and accepted, it becomes a binding commitment, subject to the satisfactory completion of the Minimum Fellowship Eligibility Criteria, along with any Specialty Eligibility Criteria set by the Fellowship Program.

  • I further agree to indemnify the Released Parties and to hold each of them harmless from any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, expenses or other losses arising out of Participant’s acts or omissions or participation in the Fellowship Program, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected.
