FEFC definition

FEFC means a foreign exchange forward contract which may be entered into between the Hedge Lender and a Borrower in connection with the management of foreign exchange risks in all major currencies acceptable to the Hedge Lender (provided that the Borrower is doing business in such currency and the quantum or amount of any currency being hedged or managed is reasonable in relation to the volume of the Borrower's business being conducted in any such currency).

Examples of FEFC in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, HSBC by its acceptance hereof, severally agrees to extend credit to the Borrower from time to time by way of FEFC up to the amount of such Lender's Risk Management Commitment, subject to any increases or reductions thereof pursuant to the terms hereof, before the Termination Date (the "Risk Management Credit Facility").

  • Each such FEFC, FX Collar Option and other Hedge Contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof and the applicable Hedge Agreement.

  • Each FEFC shall constitute usage of the Risk Management Commitment.

  • The Borrower shall pay to HSBC or any of its Affiliates, as applicable, in respect of each FEFC entered into by it with HSBC or any of its Affiliates, the fees determined by HSBC's treasury department.

  • Prior to default, it will not accelerate the maturities of the Loan or the Note issued under the Credit Agreement without the prior written consent of FEFC; provided, however, that demand made by the Lender pursuant to a demand note or other similar agreement does not constitute acceleration for the purpose of this Section 5(c).

  • The guarantee hereunder is limited to the FEFC Fund, as provided in Florida Statute 288.770 et.

  • Each such FEFC, Purchase Option and other Hedge Contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof and the applicable Hedge Agreement.

  • Payment shall be made by a cashier's check payable to the order of FEFC and shall be deemed paid as of the date received by FEFC at the address shown on the signatory page.
