FEFA definition

FEFA means the Higher Education Development Fund, an agency of the Borrower, established pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of MCE, 11/96 (X.9) MKM, and includes any successor or successors thereto.

  • In providing FEFA with investment management, it is recognized that the Subadviser will give primary consideration to securing the most favorable prices and efficient executions.

  • The Subadviser shall also provide the Adviser with such records and information concerning its activities with respect to or affecting FEFA as the Adviser may reasonably request.

  • The Subadviser will promptly communicate to the Adviser and to the officers and Board of Trustees of the Trust such information relating to FEFA transactions as they may reasonably request.

  • It is also understood that it is desirable for FEFA that the Subadviser have access to supplemental investment and market research and security and economic analysis provided by brokers or futures commission merchants who may execute brokerage transactions at a higher cost to the Trust and FEFA than may result when allocating brokerage to other brokers or futures commission merchants on the basis of seeking the most favorable prices and efficient executions.
