Feeder Links definition

Feeder Links means the radio links that transmit a user's messages in both directions between a satellite and its gateway earth station, thereby connecting a Mobile Satellite Service network with a public switched telephone network, provided that the domestic telecommunications authority in the country in which such links are operated has allocated and continues to allocate the frequencies used by those links for such prescribed purposes.
