Feeder Aircraft definition

Feeder Aircraft means aircraft with a maximum certificated gross takeoff weight not in excess of 60,000 pounds.

  • UITA must reveal to and notify FFAC, in writing, of all contracts, agreements, memoranda of agreements and other business arrangements that UITA has entered into related to the Utilicraft Freight Feeder Aircraft.
