Feedback Providers definition
Feedback Providers means solely those individuals or groups or teams of individuals designated by a Party in an Initiative Addendum as the “Feedback Providers” for that Party for purposes of the relevant Initiative.
Examples of Feedback Providers in a sentence
The Feedback Providers of either Party or its Affiliates may provide suggestions, comments or feedback to the other Party solely relating to the other Party’s Properties or Development Deliverables applicable to any Initiative (“Feedback”).
