FEED Update shall have the meaning given to it in Article 3.2 (FEED Update); "FEED Update Report" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 3.2 (FEED Update); "FEED Update Review-Point" [*****]; "Final Acceptance" means the successful completion of all Performance Tests at the Project Site and completion of the Topsides Scope as set out in Appendix O (Performance Test Procedure) of the GIMI Topsides Agreement; "Final Re-measurable Price" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 16.

Related to FEED Update

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Ignition cycle download means the number (count) of power mode cycles as determined by the EDR ECU at the time when the data was downloaded since the first use of the EDR.

  • Periodic Updation means steps taken to ensure that documents, data or information collected under the CDD process is kept up-to-date and relevant by undertaking reviews of existing records at periodicity prescribed by the Reserve Bank.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.
