Feed Products definition

Feed Products means any products (i) for the feeding, or otherwise provisioning of nutrients, to non-human animals, including, but not limited to, mammals, fish, and birds and (ii) not intended or marketed for the purpose of providing ARA as a nutrient for humans.
Feed Products means products which are perishable or animal feed or other feed. Products and Feed Products shall together be referred to as “Goods”.
Feed Products means the versions of the BridgeFeed and TelerateFeed service offerings licensed hereunder.

  • If Westway Feed Products sells the product to non-Animal Feed customers, then Westway will invoice directly to the customer.
