Feed grain definition

Feed grain means the seed of any crop which is being produced to be used for feed or food and not for seeding or planting purposes.
Feed grain and “ grain” means barley, corn, grain sorghums, and oats and, when designated for use under this program by the Executive Vice President of CCC or his designee, includes wheat and rye.
Feed grain means the whole seed or seed-like fruits of grain, including wheat, barley, oat, rye, sorghum, and corn, for any use other than planting.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).
