Feed facility definition
Feed facility means a site where feed, a component of feed, or feed ingredients are mixed, custom blended, ground, unground, manufactured, milled, bagged, salvaged, or processed.
Feed facility means a facility that constitutes a source or nexus of Feed supply, including without limitation a battery cell manufacturing facility;
Feed facility means any current or future animal feed manufacturing facility owned or operated by Westway or its Affiliates, including those listed on Exhibit A hereto.
