Feed Component definition

Feed Component means the amount of Feed Material (in KgU as UF6) required to produce Enriched Product with a given Assay, and Tails Material with a given Tails Assay, calculated as shown in Appendix F.
Feed Component means the amount of natural uranium (in KgU as UF6) ) required to produce Enriched Uranium Product, at a specified Assay and Tails Assay, as calculated by the most recent version of SWUCalc.

Examples of Feed Component in a sentence

  • Uranium: a quantity of Natural Uranium under this CONTRACT Delivered as Payment in Kind for the Feed Component of Related EUP.

  • Pursuant to the Agreement and this Attachment H, USEC will receive ***** KgU EUP, as listed in Attachment H.1, containing approximately ***** SWU as the SWU Component and approximately 408,833.614 KgU as the Feed Component as a transfer to Enrichment.

  • In such a case, Supplier shall not be liable to Customer regarding the Origin(s) of the Feed Component of the Enriched Product and shall notify Customer of the Origin(s) of the Feed Component of the Enriched Product it shall Deliver.
