Interconnecting Pipeline Contracted Capacity means the volume of Gas, set out in on Schedule “A”, that Transporter has agreed to deliver on the Pipeline on any Day on a firm basis and” for which Shipper has agreed to pay the Demand Charge in accordance withTransporter will deliver Shipper’s Gas under the terms of this Agreement;
