FEEC definition

FEEC means Free Early Education and Care;
FEEC means each of the trust funds (fideicomiso) duly established in each of the States or any subaccount established in the FNEC and managed by the relevant State as part of the implementation structure of PEC, with the objective of channeling PEC funds in the form of School Grants to Eligible Schools, as said trust funds may be amended with the agreement of the Bank.
