FEEC definition

FEEC means Free Early Education and Care;
FEEC means Fideicomiso Estatal de Escuelas de Calidad, each of the trust funds duly established in each of the Borrower federation’s states and its Federal District as part of the implementation structure of PEC, with the objective of channeling PEC funds in the form of Transfers to Eligible Schools;
