Examples of Fee Rebate in a sentence

  • Any Fee Rebate shall be included in the invoice delivered by Gatherer for the last month of each such calendar quarter and credited against amounts owed by Shipper to Gatherer for the Gathering Fees in the last month of such calendar quarter.

  • If the Fee Rebate is more than the amounts owed by Shipper to Gatherer for the Gathering Fees in the last month of the applicable quarter, then the excess Fee Rebate shall roll over and be credited against amounts owed by Shipper to Gatherer for the Gathering Fees in the next subsequent month(s) until such Fee Rebate credit is fully utilized.

  • Each invoice delivered at the end of each calendar quarter applicable to time periods between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2023 shall include the calculation of the Fee Rebate (if any) for the applicable calendar quarter, and apply such Fee Rebate (if any) as a credit against the Gathering Fees as described in Section 5.2(a).

  • If the Average Quarterly Receipt Point Volumes for the second calendar quarter of 2020 are less than 2,700 MMcf, then the Fee Rebate for such calendar quarter shall equal Zero Dollars ($0).

  • If the Average Quarterly Receipt Point Volumes for the first calendar quarter of 2020 are less than 2,700 MMcf, then the Fee Rebate for such calendar quarter shall equal Zero Dollars ($0).

  • If the Average Quarterly Receipt Point Volumes for the fourth calendar quarter of 2020 are less than 2,900 MMcf, then the Fee Rebate for such calendar quarter shall equal Zero Dollars ($0).

  • Notwithstanding the terms of the AOP Letter Agreement, AHL hereby agrees to waive any right to receive its allocable portion of the AOP Fee Rebate in respect of the ACRA Accounts with respect to all periods on or following January 1, 2022 (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be an amount equal to the percentage of the economic interests of ACRA HoldCo owned indirectly by AHL multiplied by the AOP Fee Rebate).

  • If the Average Quarterly Receipt Point Volumes for the third calendar quarter of 2020 are less than 2,800 MMcf, then the Fee Rebate for such calendar quarter shall equal Zero Dollars ($0).

  • The Servicing Fee payable by Bank to Servicer shall be the Base Servicing Fee determined under Section 3 less the Servicing Fee Rebate (if any) determined under Section 5.

  • In the event that any such AOP Fee Rebate is paid by or charged to the ACRA Accounts under the AOP Letter Agreement, AHL shall pay to ISG an amount equal to the percentage of the economic interest of ACRA HoldCo owned indirectly by AHL multiplied by the AOP Fee Rebate, which payment shall be included in the invoice following the payment of the applicable AOP Fee Rebate and otherwise made in accordance with Section 6.
