Fee Plan definition

Fee Plan means a flexible payment plan, administered by a third party financial institution, which permits the payment of fees by regular instalments. The scheme is only open to UK residents with a UK bank account.
Fee Plan means the plan agreed in writing between StoneX and the Marketing Partner from time to time setting out the basis on which the Fee will be calculated and paid to the Marketing Partner; "Forbidden Territories List" means the list of territories designated by StoneX as forbidden territories which is available on the StoneX Marketing Partners Platform, as amended from time to time;
