Fee payor means a person commencing a land development activity within the county which generates traffic and which requires the issuance of a building permit by the county or a municipality within the county.
Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.
Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;
Fee Payment Date (a) the third Business Day following the last day of each March, June, September and December and (b) the last day of the Revolving Commitment Period.
Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

Medicare Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between CMS or other such entity administering the Medicare program on behalf of CMS, and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide items and services for Medicare patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicare Regulations.
Department of Education means the United States Department of Education.
Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
