Fee Paying definition

Fee Paying or "Full Fee" means the Government will not subsidise your education and you will need to pay the tuition fees set by your university or higher education provider. Refer to Study Assist for more information, and the University's Fees Calculator for a full list of eligible courses.

Examples of Fee Paying in a sentence

  • You will not carry out Fee Paying Services during your Sessions except where you and your clinical manager have agreed otherwise.

  • Examples of Fee Paying Services are set out in Schedule 10 of the TCS.

  • Where your clinical manager has agreed that you may carry out Fee Paying Services during your Sessions, you will remit to us the fees for such services except where you and your clinical manager have agreed that providing these services involves minimal disruption to your NHS duties.

  • The Fee Protection Policy is adopted by the College to give assurance to International Fee Paying Students that the fees that they have been paid will be available to them for refund in the unlikely event that the College becomes insolvent or is suspended or removed as a signatory to the Code of Practice.

  • The Fee Paying Parties may jointly, by written notice to the Independent Certifier, direct the Independent Certifier to suspend any or all of the Services for the period specified in that notice.

  • Examples of Fee Paying Services are set out in Schedule 10 of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this agreement and without limiting any other right or remedy of the Client Parties, a Fee Paying Party will not be required to make all or any part of payment to the Independent Certifier required under this agreement unless the Independent Certifier has properly performed all of the Services under this agreement for which the Payment Claim has been issued.

  • Fee Payment Date (a) the third Business Day following the last day of each March, June, September and December and (b) the last day of the Revolving Commitment Period.

  • L/C Fee Payment Date the last day of each March, June, September and December and the last day of the Revolving Credit Commitment Period.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.

  • Fee means the fee set forth in the Quotation.
