Fee Observation Date definition
Fee Observation Date means the Pricing Date and each date that is the one year anniversary of the Pricing Date, or, if such day is not a Constituent Business Day, the immediately following Constituent Business Day. The final Fee Observation Date is scheduled to be 15 July 2021; and
Fee Observation Date means the Fixing Date and each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December thereafter, provided that if any such date is not a Banking Day, the relevant Fee Observation Date shall be postponed until the immediately following Banking Day.
Fee Observation Date means the Reference Portfolio Creation Date and each date that is the one year anniversary of the Reference Portfolio Creation Date, or, if such day is not a Constituents Business Day, the immediately following Constituents Business Day. The final Fee Observation Date is scheduled to be the original Expiration Date (i.e. without taken any postponement of the Expiration Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Securities into account); and
