Fee Level definition

Fee Level means the level at which a Midwife bills in respect of Courses of Care, as set out in Schedule “C”.
Fee Level at any time shall equal the portion of the Aggregate Commitments on which the Borrower has paid the commitment fee required by Sections 2.04(c) and (d). The initial Fee Level on the Closing Date is the initial amount of the Borrowing Base on the Closing Date, being $4,500,000.00. The Fee Level may hereafter be increased (but not decreased) by increases to the Borrowing Base (and hence to the Aggregate Commitments) as provided in Section 2.04(d).

Examples of Fee Level in a sentence

  • Interactive Advisors may increase, decrease or otherwise change the Client Fee Level at its sole discretion.

  • Multi-Manager Portfolios or MMPs. Where an MMP is created by co-mingling your Data in whole or part with other portfolio managers’ Data, for every subscription to the derivative portfolio: (i) Interactive Advisors shall have the right to set the Client Fee Level in its sole discretion and (ii) Interactive Advisors shall pay you Fees based on the proportion of the overall AUM in the portfolio attributable to you, calculated on a daily basis, and the management fee corresponding to your Portfolio.

  • In the event that Interactive Advisors chooses to change the Client Fee Level, you will be notified, and the new fee level will be visible on your portfolio page on ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • If any information contained in the Loan Accounts are provided to or inspected by any Person, then such information shall be conclusive and binding on such Person for all purposes absent manifest error, except to the extent such Person notifies Agent in writing within 30 days after receipt or inspection that specific information is subject to dispute.

  • Midwives, including Midwives returning from Maternity/Parental Leave or Disability Leave, may move up the 6-step Fee Level scale in accordance with the conditions of ‘Active Work’ described later in this Schedule.

  • In the event that you wish to object to the new level, please inform Interactive Advisors within 30 days of receiving the notice and the Client Fee Level will return to the level immediately prior to that change.

  • New Registrant Midwives will be eligible to move to Fee Level 2 upon the provision of approved documentation of the successful completion of their New Registrant requirements as set out by College Rules.

  • Once a New Registrant has moved to Fee Level 2 (the date of such move being referred to in this paragraph as the “New Registrant Increase Date”), such Midwife will be eligible to move up to Fee Level 3 as of the date on which the New Registrant has completed the Period of Active Work at Fee Level 2.

  • The Enterprise Software Advisor Fee Level will be set on the date the Enterprise Enrollment is executed by us and will not be adjusted for increases or decreases in desktop commitment.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Base Level means the following amounts plus the percentage

  • Reference Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month in respect of the Latest Level.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.
