Fee Factor definition

Fee Factor has the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).
Fee Factor means, as of any date of determination, an amount per Security equal to the product of (i) 0.85% and (ii)
Fee Factor. The value We use to identify the weighted risk of the Eligible Funds in the Certificate Owner’s Covered Asset Pool as described in Section 6.3. The Fee Factor is used to determine the applicable Investment Profile. The current Fee Factor ranges for each Investment Profile are shown in Table 2. Fee Option: The option selected by the Certificate Owner which determines if the Certificate Fee and Advisory Fee, if any, will or will not be allowed to be withdrawn from the Covered Assets and the corresponding Fee Basis. These options are shown in Table 4.

Examples of Fee Factor in a sentence

  • The 5-Year Facility Fee for each such period shall be equal to (a) the average daily 5-Year Commitment in effect during such period, (b) multiplied by the average daily 5-Year Facility Fee Factor in effect during such period, as converted to a daily rate using a year of 360 days, (c) with the product thereof being further multiplied by the number of days in such period.

More Definitions of Fee Factor

Fee Factor means 1 – Investor Fee × Day Count Fraction. “Investor Fee” means 0.75% per annum, calculated daily and applied monthly to the Current Principal Amount. “Day Count Fraction” means, for each calendar month, a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days elapsed from and including the Monthly Reset Date (or the Inception Date in the case of the Initial Calendar Month) to and including the immediately following Monthly Valuation Date (or the Trading Day, Valuation Date or Final Valuation Date, as applicable) and the denominator of which is 365.   • Load factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Note Factor means, with respect to the Notes or any Class of Notes on any Payment Date, a six-digit decimal figure equal to the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the end of the preceding Collection Period divided by the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the Closing Date.
